Help Us Help our Troops!

We have a group of military wives meeting here at Stamping Details on Sunday September 22nd to decorate and fill boxes for their husbands and their entire unit of 500 currently deployed men and women. They are planning on filling and decorating as many boxes as they can. We told them we have the best customers on the planet and hopefully you can help out! They could use your help with filling these boxes.

 

Here is the list of items they could use for their boxes:

 

Snack size chips Hot Cheetos Hot sauces Spices Raisins Hard candies Cards for them to send home!

Monster drinks Cliff Bars Tooth brushes Tooth paste Deodorant Baby wipes

 Please note, we will gladly accept money donations to put toward postage (yes these generous wives cover the postage).  It is over $14/box to ship so any donations are greatly appreciated.

Shring Plastic 101 with Sharon - September 15th

Shrink Plastic 101 with Sharon

 Sunday, September 15, 2013 • 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM

This is a fun class to hone up on your SP skills. Or if you are just beginning, come and have some fun. We will start with a full new sheet of shrink plastic and move on through each step. Sharon will supply lots of fun stamps to use and stamp out to shrink. You will receive a "SP Goodie Bag" filled with "MUST HAVE" SP supplies to use and take home at the end of class.

 

 

What to bring to class: Black Stazon ink pad, your favorite scissors for cutting, chalk, glaze (any brand) and any stamp you want to shrink at class time. Just make sure you have your name on it. If you don't have the above items Sharon has extras with her at class time to use; so don't let supplies stop you from signing up. See you at class time!

 

About Sharon Diskin:
Sharon has been stamping and creating for over twenty years. She was was an "Artist on Call" for Stampington and Co. for the Inspirations magazine from 2001 through 2007. She also worked for Luminarte with the Twinkling H2O's and Polished Pigments for six years.

Creating her own embellishments and jewerly has been a delight for Sharon. Shrink plastic creations are Sharon's favorite medium other than paper. It is a fun product and craft that she has been working with for over eleven years now, and it is still fun for her!

Weekly Make 'n Take for week of 9/2/13

Make-N-Take Mondays now last all week long (while supplies last).  We prepare all of the materials for you to create a homemade card, for only $2!! All levels are welcome, so feel free to invite family and friends! Signing-up ahead of time is not necessary, but highly recommended. We hope to see you here!! $2.
