…hey stampers, love the Tim Holtz twelve tags of 2013? Join the club. Seriously. Follow along all year with Denise and create these gorgeous tags designed by Tim Holtz himself. The plan is to meet at least four times over the course of the year right here at our favorite stamp store – Stamping Details – to make the tags Tim shows on his blog (or as close as possible). So get ready to learn some fun new techniques and meet other stampers who love Tim just as much as you do.

Denise will provide all the supplies you need and walk you through the steps to complete the second three tags of 2013 (April through June) all for only $24.

Please bring basic supplies: scissors, craft mat (if you have one), dry adhesive tape of choice, Glossy Accents by Ranger, dimensional foam adhesive, tweezers, heating tool. To keep things moving, please bring (if you have them): Tim Holtz or Niji water brush (fine or medium tip), mini mister or other misting bottle, small and large stamping blocks, Tim Holtz distress tool, sanding block or sandpaper/nail file, rub-on tool or craft stick, craft pick.

Come and design an artsy bracelet just for you or to give as a one-of-a-kind gift. We will be playing with artist grade Poly shrink, rubber stamps, black Stazon, chalks, rhinestones and clear glaze.

What to bring to class: Black StazOn ink pad, chalk, glaze (any brand), tweezers for picking up tiny items for placement.

Zentangle®, the creation of Maria Thomas and Rick Roberts, is an easy to learn and relaxing method of creating beautiful images from repetitive patterns. Creating a Zentangle is an easy to understand process of simple deliberate strokes, which build on each other in beautiful, mesmerizing and surprising ways.

Anyone can create a Zentangle – artists and those convinced they are not an artist. If you can pick up the pen you can make a beautiful piece the very first time. People who are sure they are not "creative, artistic, or talented" are always delighted and surprised to see what they can create.

Once you have the basics of Zentangle it's an easy next step to exploring additional artistic applications – paper crafts, muti media, fiber arts, textiles – the possibilities are endless, one stroke at a time.

The Zentangle Basics class includes an introduction to the materials used, a guided practice in designing and creating unique Zentangle tiles, and instructions for eight basic tangle patterns.

You will get to make two little designer boxes. One using watercolors and the other using designed printed paper. In class you will have several watercolor shades to choose from and the paper print designs can vary, but they will all be "oh so pretty." You will get patterns to take home so you can make more. Embellishments will vary also and there will be lots to choose from. Sharon will be bringing embossing folders to choose from so there can be impressed images to add to the look of the mini box.

What to bring to class: scissors, quick dry glue is a must (tape runner will not hold), glue dots and pop dots.
